- Packages are delivered to your door. It is best to have someone available to accept them, but they can be left without a signature at your request and at your own risk.

When lobsters arrive, they should be removed from the box, put in a paper bag, and refrigerated. Do not put lobsters in water. Cook them as soon as possible. Don't wait until the lobsters die. They will usually stay alive in your refrigerator for serveral days, but should be cooked at any sign of weakness. You can always reheat them!
